Yorkshire, in the North of England, is home to a ange of exciting, fast moving media arts organisations. Working alone or in collaboration, regionally or internationally, the Yorkshire sector is developing media practice to an exceptional level.
To further our shared vision of encouraging a vibrant media arts scene, Arts Council England, Yorkshire has supported Pavilion to facilitate a delegation trip to Transmediale 09.
18 organisations will be attending, looking for a great experience, new work, and collaborative encounters. The trip is also an opportunity to consider how next we can progress to establish an effective regional voice for media arts in Yorkshire.
